We asked Chris nine fantasy related questions about the Habs and the NHL in general. Follow the jump to read his answers...

Q1) Canadiens Breakout of the Year?
Andrei Kostitsyn. He has played with purpose through 5 games. He is in a contract year and has been rid of the distraction of his brother.
Q2) Darkhorse Breakout on the Canadiens?
Not much in unproven talent in
Montreal. Everybody knows
P.K. Subban, so it would have to be
Lars Eller or
Benoit Pouliot. Eller is unlikely to get the PP minutes, so I will roll with Pouliot.
Q3) Breakdown Player on the Canadiens?
Andrei Markov. He is still an elite player, but has suffered two massive injuries within the last 12 months.
Q4) League-Wide Breakout of the Year?
Q5) Who are your First Five Picks in a Fantasy Draft?
1. Ovechkin
2. Crosby
3. Stamkos
4. Malkin
5. Kovalchuk (RW/LW eligibility)
Q6) Best Value for Money Fantasy Goalie?
Tie.
Tim Thomas and
Carey Price. Price was drafted in the 17th round in one league and Thomas undrafted in the other. That is ridiculous value.
Q7) Taylor or Tyler?
Taylor Hall. Both short-term & long-term.
Q8) Your Stanley Cup Pick?
Washington.
BONUS) Can Carey Price hack it in Montreal and become the elite goalie everyone is expecting?
Yes. He has been humbled and his form has been strong early on. As long as the Canadiens are a playoff team the media will put away the knives.
