I recently inherited a team in a keeper league. The team was in pretty rough shape and I have spent the first few weeks attemping to acquire young talent via trades and waivers. Its a 12 team roto league with  G, A, +/-, PIMS, PPP, GWG, W, SV%, GAA, SO. I'm pretty happy with the improvements I've been able to make in terms of young talent but feel another set of eyes is always helpful. There is still work to do, especially in terms of C and LW. My current roster is as follows:

LW - A. Kostitsyn, Hartnell, Perron

C- Plekanec, Eberle (RW), Burmistrov

RW - Kessel, C.Stewart, Skinner

D - Pieterngelo, Hedman, Schenn, Wisniewski

G - Lindback, Neuvirth, Palevec

IR - Anderson, Gagne

I really have three main concerns right now in mind.

1) Is Gagne worth keeping in this format at the expense of one of my other LW?

2)  Do I keep Lindback or Palevec when Anderson gets healthy?

3) Are any of these players on waivers an upgrade?

LW - Benn

C - Anisimov, C. Wilson, Couture, Dubinsky (who may get LW status)

D - Franson, Karlsson, Taormina
