Been reading the articles here since the preseason, but I haven't really had a tough trade scenario to post here - until now, that is. So, have at it:
So, I got offered his Drew Doughty for my Henrik Lundqvist straight-up today. It's a 14-team keeper, with these positions: 3 C, 3 LW, 3 RW, 6 D, 2 UTIL, 2 G, 6 BN (in other words, an extremely deep league). My scoring has been my problem so far this year, and my goaltending has been my strength. Here's my roster:
C: Kesler, Gagner, Schremp, Bozak, Letestu, J. Staal (IR)
LW: E. Kane, Burrows, Booth, Wolski, Hagman, Tedenby
RW: Boyes, Bergfors, D. Jones, Skille, Stewart (IR)
D: Enstrom, Wisniewski, Wideman, Gilbert, Schenn, Stralman
G: Lundqvist, Backstrom, Rinne, Lindback
As you can see, I could really use any sort of additional scoring. I'm not sure whether I can survive the hit at goalie, though. Additionally, he's offered to add Rene Bourque or Danny Briere, though this would presumably require me to add a little more to the deal. What do you think - does this help my team?
