. We carry 17 players, 7 active F, 4 active D, and 2 active G. I currently have 4 reserves (IR not allowed). Two of the four are goalies. I have Neuvirth/Varlamov, Fleury, and Nabokov (hoping he signs somewhere). The other 2 are D-men because I have 6 in total. I have been trying to trade one for a F, or do a 2 for 1 with a F, to get a better F. So far no luck. I really want to pick up another F to have in reserve (play in favorable matchups, etc). My 6 D are Ehrhoff (turning it on lately), Wisniewski, Shattenkirk (is the run over?), J. Johnson, Weber, Pronger (picked up as a FA days ago). What should I do? Should I drop Pronger, Nabokov, someone else, hold pat?
