Looking to beef up the D

Looking for insights, thoughts, and opinions on potential pick-ups for the defensive position.

Mr. Erik Karlsson has been killing me as of late and I'm thinking about perhaps dumping him with a replacement. Talk me off of the ledge or please help me with suggestions.

Here are some waiver wire options that are currently out there:

Bieska

Hamhius

Tyutin

Seidenberg

Corvo

Pretty thin on the wire so any help is greatly appreciated.

Depending on your categories and all that… I would say Karlsson is the best option there. But I see your point he’s been cold and that plus-minus is ugly.

Of the FA’s you mentioned I would go with Bieska if you really want to drop Karlsson. He has the potential to be a five category stud and has been really hot lately.

I’d definitely stick with Karlsson, a little frustrating lately, but he’d a better bet than all those other guys. Bieksa could be an alternative if you really want to switch it up and need some help with plus/minus & PIMs.
