The trade i've been offered is my P. Sharp(C,LW), J Thonrton(C), Boucher (G) for his H. Sedin (C) and P. Marleau (C, LW)

Was proposed this from a guy in need of a goalie. Think this is good? I'd like this if Sharp starts to cool down since he's been playing above his averages and Marleau would heat up since he's been under achieving. I'm concerned on the Goalie front though, but I just picked up Boucher off the FA, so it's not a huge deal and who knows what Philly will do. I need to make a 2 for 1 deal to get Downie off the IR since its a 12 team league and I don't really want to drop anyone to do it.
