Evgeni Malkin is not going on the Pens two game roadie so he'll rest up his knee and see if that helps the situation... call me concerned.

Jeff Carter is day-to-day with a hairline fracture in his foot... it doesn't sound too serious as he's been playing on it since the beginning of training camp but it flared up again on Saturday.  He'll miss Tuesday's game but that's all we really know at this time.

Drew Doughty is expected to miss 7-10 days due to the UBI he suffered on Saturday night.  It certainly didn't look like a concussion (more like a shoulder) so that prognosis is probably pretty reliable.

Relatively good news on Ales Hemsky as he's only expected to miss a few weeks due to his latest shoulder injury... I was expected a lot worse.

Martin Brodeur's shoulder is feeling good and he thinks he'll be able to return within a week.

Zac Dalpe is listed as week-to-week with a LBI.  He was probably headed to the AHL shortly anyway, so either way, he ain't playing for a while.
