I've noticed that Hartnell has made is way back to the top six in Philly for the last two games. I watched the game last night and he looked to have some great chemistry with Jagr and Giroux. I currently am roster Tanguay in my dynasty league and am looking for an upgrade. The stat cats are G, A, +/-, PIMS, PPP & GWG.
Hartnell is three years younger and both guys have no trades and are locked up for the next few years. I think that the will be about even in G's with Hartnell having the edge in +/- and PIMS, Tanguay having the edge is A & PPP. GWG is impossible to predict other then both players will probably reach 20 G's so their odds should be about the same, aside from Philly winning more games in total. But again its a dumb stat cat that usually comes down to luck.
Should I take a look at making this swap?
Also, Bobrovksy looked good when tested last night, though admittedly it was only the leafs. I did hear Chirs Therien say last night that he thinkgs Philly would go back to goalie Bob on Wednesday if he got the W last night, which he did. Given the massive contract of Byrz I am not going to suggest that goal Bob takes the starting role, but is it possible that Bobrovsky develops some Rask/Schiender type value? Or better yet given Philly's whelling and dealing history that he gets flipped to a team that he could start for?
My goalie stat cats are W, GAA, SV% and SO. Currently my goalie roster is a hot mess of;
Reimer, Neuvirth, Dudnyk, Garon, Lindback (Dekanich on IR)
