I'm in a H2H league with weekly match-ups and daily rosters.  This is my first year playing fantasy, so I was hoping that someone with a bit more experience could give me a tip or two.  Right now, I feel like I need to do something with my team but I'm not sure what exactly.

Here's the squad:

C:  Kopitar, Thornton, Couture, Laich

LW: Clowe, Benn, Pacioretty

RW: Knuble, Gionta, Bertuzzi

D: Chara, Wideman, Hedman, Shattenkirk, Niskanen, (IR -M Staal)

G: Miller, Fleury

(2 skaters, 1 G benched per day - There are only 2 positions specified for each F position.  With dual-elgibility taken into account, I have more than 3 for each type, so I could swap for different types (i.e. doesn't have to be C for C).)

Categories: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, GWG, Shots, Hits, W, L, GAA, SV%, SV, SHO

My +/- is usually solid.  I could mostly use help with hits, PIMs, SHP, and shots. G/A would also be nice but not as necessary.  I'm happy with the goaltending.

My thoughts:

Forwards: Laich has been the least-helpful.  I've also considered moving Bertuzzi, Gionta, and maybe Knuble.  The main problem with moving Bertuzzi is that he contributes to my PIMs.  Other guys, like Thornton, I'm hoping will pick up the pace after a slow start.

Possible FA targets: Gerbe, Burmistrov, Higgins, Greening, Stoll, (Zajac could be switched with Staal on IR since he might actually be closer to returning)

Defense: I'm not particularly attached to any, although I'm plenty happy with Chara and Wideman.  Currently, Niskanen is playing the role of "placeholder" for Staal.  That spot is being rotated by who's hot.  It was first held by Kindl until he dropped off after a few games.

Possible FA targets: Zidlicky, Del Zotto, Kuba, Y. Weber, Murray

I'm also open to trade ideas.  My league is mostly first (and a few second) year players, so I think everyone is still getting a feel for things.  For the most part, I'm just not sure whether I should stay pat since I feel like some of these guys are going to have to pick up the pace sooner or later (i.e. Thornton) or if I should make some moves.  I'm not sure that I could really upgrade that much with what's available.
