I've always been an auto drafter in the past but this year I took a crack at drafting my own team. That might have been a mistake as I kinda wound up with a weirdly unbalanced line up. In particular, I wound up with just two goalies and I only feel really good about one of them. On the other hand, I've got what I believe is a really nice collection of forwards and many of them have dual eligibility so I feel like I've got the spare parts up front to make something happen here.
So what's it take to pry a decent starting goalie away from someone and is it worth it in my situation? I'm guessing I'll have to overpay to some extent but I don't want to over overpay.
This is a single year, head-to-head league on yahoo with the following categories:
|F/D stats||G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, HIT|
|Goalie Stats||W, Goals, GAA, SV%, SHO|
And here's my line-up...
Like I mentioned earlier, this was my first draft attempt so I'd be happy to hear your general comments too.
