Sunday's Injury Updates - Lehtonen, Edler, Hall...

Stay connected for news and updates

Why Me?

Bad news here (especially since I just made a big trade to get him... dammit!) as Kari Lehtonen left last night's game with a groin injury.  Dallas has put him on the IR already, so he's out for at least a week but pray this isn't serious as he's had groin issues in the past.

Alexander Edler sat out the 3rd period last night with a UBI... could be related to the sore back that has hobbled him a little lately.

Taylor Hall left last night's game early after suffering a shoulder injury.  He tried to play through it but took another knock and had to leave for good.  He'll be re-evaluated on Monday.

Drew Stafford missed last night's game with a suspected LBI.

Kris Letang suffered a broken nose late in the 3rd period but returned to score the OT winner, so he likely won't be missing any action due to this.

Steve Mason has made a quick recovery from his concussion and is expected to dress as the backup tonight.

Kristian Huselius has been out all year due to a torn pectoral muscle that he suffered in July.  His recovery is almost complete and he could return as early as this week.

Andrei Kostitsyn returned last night after missing 10 games with a LBI.

Daymond Langkow was back in the lineup after missing eight games for personal reasons and he recorded two assists.
