Wednesday's Injury Updates - Kulikov, Giordano, Letang...
Dmen were droppin' like it twas hot last night...
Uh-oh... Dmitry Kulikov left in the 2nd period last night after suffering a deep cut on his leg. He'll be re-evaluated today and knowing my luck this year, he'll be out forever.
Mark Giordano left last night's game with a suspected hammy injury.
Kris Letang left the Penguins yesterday and returned to Pittsburgh for more tests on his broken nose & head injury???
Filip Kuba left last night's game with a UBI... no word on the extent yet.
Jordan Leopold left last night's game with a UBI. Lindy Ruff said afterwards that "he's hurting"... ok then.
Alex Pietrangelo couldn't play last night due to an illness... hopefully he didn't catch what Pronger had.
Nikita Filatov took a skate to the face and he is probably lucky to walk away with just a broken nose. But this will likely sideline him for a while.
It was thought that Mason Raymond (back) was ready to make his season debut last night but apparently not as he wasn't in the lineup.
Alexander Edler was in the lineup for the Canucks after leaving the last game with a UBI.
Drew Stafford returned after missing one game with a groin injury.
