Thursday's Injury Updates - Perron, Reimer, Clutterbuck...
David Perron (concussion) hasn't had any setbacks after taking contact in practice lately and so there is speculation that he could return on Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if they hold him out a little longer but sounds like he's getting close.
James Reimer (concussion) is expected to dress as the backup on Saturday night in a rematch with Boston, so presumably he would get a start sometime next week.
Cal Clutterbuck took a knee-on-charley horse hit that knocked him out of last night's game. He was lucky it wasn't the knee so hopefully he won't be out long.
Ryan Miller (neck injury) practiced yesterday and so he's getting closer to making a return.
The Flames have put Mark Giordano on the IR with his hamstring injury and so he's out for at least a week and maybe longer once they get the MRI results back.
It seems as though Dmitry Kulikov's leg gash didn't sever anything major as he's just considered day-to-day.
The daily Sami Salo injury... he left Tuesday's game early with a sore groin and will be re-evaluated today.
Eric Fehr has played in five games this year and so his body is starting to break down. He missed practice yesterday with an undisclosed injury and is listed as day-to-day.
Steve Downie returned last night after missing three games with a UBI.

Morrow
A guy I am not sure you mentioned in previous injury updates is Brenden Morrow. I always liked the guy, but this year he’s been “Shelley’d” all year on my squad: On my team, but not used. He’s injured, and there are guys like Andrew Ladd and David Jones sitting on my waiver wire. Time to cut ties or is there still some potential?
There is still potential here but he’s not looking good and is always an injury risk. I wouldn’t hold out hope that he’s going to help you very much, probably time to move on.

He’s a definite maybe. If you can then I’d just wait until he actually plays before getting him in your lineup.

Ian White Vs. Dimitry Kulikov
Who’d you rather have?

I don’t even like White but you’d probably have to lean more towards him in single-year leagues… more shots, better plus/minus. Kulikov has more upside but is still pretty weak in a lot of categories.
