Optimus Reim/ Goalie Trade
This is a two-part question that I need your esteemed advice on.
My team has been very good offensively and I really like my squad from an offensive standpoint. My goalies have been pretty good, but I worry about them long term. I currently have Antti Niemi, Jaroslav Halak and James Reimer. I like Niemi a lot and Halak has been good of late, but he doesn't play all the time. Reimer has struggled since coming back.
Part 1 of the question:
With those goalies and having a strong offense, would you trade Getzlaf for either Rinne or Luongo?
Part 2:
If I can pull either trade off, is Reimer still worth hanging on to? This is a keeper league and I took Reimer very late so he potentially could be a very good keeper.
Thanks in advance.

It really depends on your categories but in most leagues trading a top C for a top G is a good idea… so I would most likely jump at the Getz for Luo/Rinne deal.
You might be able to package of Riemer to another owner (especially if he heats up a bit) to replace some of that lost offense. Also a good idea.

I’m liking the Getzlaf – Rinne trade especially. Not sure if the Pekka owner would go for it, but it would certainly benefit you.
Maybe you could try packaging Halak and a lesser forward than Getz for Rinne or Luongo. The guy is most likely going to need a goalie back if he pulls the trigger.

Definitely. I doubt he would go for it but if he did… jump on that one.
Really Halak and any non-stud for Rinne and you win.
