Tuesday's Injury Updates - Giroux, Ennis, Boyle...

Stay connected for news and updates

Hoping to get back before the Winter Classic

Claude Giroux (concussion) has been skating and practicing with the team, so it appears that he should be able to return shortly.

Sean Couturier appears to be ok after that puck in the head the other night but he skipped last night's game and is considered day-to-day.

Tyler Ennis is out for tonight's game after re-injuring his ankle on Saturday... no good.

This might help explain things... Dan Boyle revealed that he's been playing on a broken foot since November 10th. He has just 1+4=5 in 16 games since then. So cut him some slack if you're in the giving mood.

Just a heads up... Adam Larsson will play tonight but then will miss the next two games as he heads back to Sweden for a family funeral.

Milan Lucic served his one-game suspension last night and Rene Bourque will begin his two-gamer tonight.

Good sign here as Pierre-Marc Bouchard returned after missing two games with his broken nose.
