Friday's Injury Updates - Rafalski, Plekanec, Datysuk...

Brian Rafalski just returned from a back injury on Wednesday (and picked up three assists) but suffered a LBI in the third last night and didn't return.  More info when we get it.

Dan Boyle went down awkwardly in the third with what looked like a pretty serious injury.  He returned almost immediately though so exhale Boyle owners.  He should be good to go for the next game.

Not an injury but if you noticed Dany Heatley's name missing from the boxscores it's because he was serving the first game of his two game suspension.  We also got the word that Brad Marchand is getting a two game holiday himself thanks to Collie Campbell.

Tomas Plekanec missed Thursday night's game with an LBI.  No word on how long he'll be out. 

Apparently Pavel Datsyuk is dealing with an LBI.  Not sure if he'll be able to suit up in tomorrow's game or not.

Expect to see Rick DiPietro play this weekend.  No, he hasn't retired yet.  When you're the #2 goalie behind Al Montoya it means you don't have a lot of fantasy value.

Mike Komisarek missed last night's game with a LBI.  Not sure how this would impact your  fantasy team though.  Same deal with Niclas Wallin as he was also MIA last night.
