Friday's Injury Updates - Kopitar, Dubinsky, Green...

Stay connected for news and updates

Kopitar's beak won't be looking so good today

Anze Kopitar was launched into the boards last night and left the game injured. Afterwards Darryl Sutter said he just had a bloody nose and he should be fine but we've heard that a million times this year to later find out the guy has a concussion... so stay tuned.

Brandon Dubinsky has a sore shoulder and sat out last night's game, he's just day-to-day.

Mike Green (groin) has been placed on LTIR, which, as the name suggests, means he'll be out long-term. Now might be the time to bail if you haven't already.

R.J. Umberger is out indefinitely with a concussion that he is believed to have suffered on Sunday.

No go for Todd Bertuzzi last night, he has a LBI.

Jose Theodore (knee) may be able to return tonight.

Mark Giordano returned after 21 games on the shelf with busted leg tendons... he played 21 minutes last night.

Returning to action from the injured list last night: Pavel Datsyuk, Slava Voynov, Erik Karlsson, Jonas Hiller, Peter Mueller, Alexander Burmistrov & Erik Johnson.
