Sunday's Injury Updates - Koivu, Henrique, JVR...

Stay connected for news and updates

Uh-oh... Mikko Koivu left last night's game holding his arm and didn't return. His shoulder was in a sling after the game so this could be serious.

Adam Henrique sat out yesterday's game due to a strained groin. The Devils have been saying that it's just a precaution and they don't want it to get worse. He's listed as day-to-day.

The Flyers are now going with the upfront route and have announced that James van Riemsdyk is out indefinitely with a concussion. What we're not clear on is how or when it happened but let's hope he can make a speedy recovery.

Brayden McNabb has a possible concussion and is also out indefinitely.

Carolina has activated Jeff Skinner (concussion) from the IR, so it appears that he should be good to play in tonight's game in Washington.

Anze Kopitar showed no ill effects as he scored last night after leaving Thursday night's game injured.

Todd Bertuzzi returned after missing a game with a back injury and he potted two goals against Chicago.

Scott Gomez returned after missing 21 games with a groin injury and is still without a goal this year.
