I play in a 20 team deep h2h league and i want to make a trade, but i don't know, it is fair or not. I am the league commish, so, i don't want to appear in bad light. I want to trade Marcus Johansson and one of Colaicovo/Mike Weber/Niclas Grossman to Team XY for Danny Girardi. Team XY need some help at center, and the team is in the bottom half of the Standings.

Scoring categories for Skaters: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPA, SHP, SOG, FW, HIT, BLK

- Girardi (Position Rank: 9) is the one of the best all-around dman, with many HIT, BLK and some points

- Johansson (PR 92) is a good centreman, many points, some faceoffs,

- Grossman (PR 95)/Mike Weber (PR 210): They are good defensive dmans, with some HIT, BLK,

- Colaicovo (PR 111): Good offensive dman, with many assists and pp,

Please help me, is it fair, or unbalanced?
