Thursday's Injury Updates - Backstrom, Semin, Zajac...
Nicklas Backstrom is going through tests to see if he has a concussion... if he didn't have a headache before this he probably has one now.
Alexander Semin has either a pain in the neck or a cut on his arm, or both. The Caps don't play until Saturday so we'll see if one or both of his issues clears up by then.
Travis Zajac sat out last night's game, they were just letting him rest as his achilles continues to recover.
Stephane Robidas (foot) was activated from the IR and should be good to go tonight.
The Sabres should be getting more returns than the IRS this week as Tyler Myers (wrist) should play Friday and Tyler Ennis (ankle) and Ville Leino (foot) are both possibilities for Saturday.
Shea Weber (concussion) took part in some contact drills in practice yesterday, so he's progressing.
Paul Martin (leg) is expected to return on Friday.
Returning to action from the injured list last night was Jason Blake & Devin Setoguchi.
