Need Trade Advice Quickly
I have been offered Giroux for Eberle and Elliott. My other goalies are Halak and Hiller. This looks like a no-brainer at first glance probably to most of you. Take Giroux and play Halak and Hiller. However I have gone from 2nd to last in GAA to first after picking up Halak and Elliott. And am 2nd in Sav %. We have a max in goalie games and if I play the 2 STL goalies all the way out I will just about max out. So I am wondering if Giroux will help me more than I will suffer in goalie stats. My other forwards are Malkin Spezza Toews Marleau Alfredsson Jagr, and Semin. Can play 6 each week. Am I just being paranoid? Should I make this deal?

Assuming this is a single-year league.
I’d make the deal. Giroux would be a great get and help in you a number of ways and I’d take my chances with Halak & Hiller. You should definitely be able to hang on to the gaa & sv% categories with the way those two are playing.

My heart says take Giroux but it is not so obvious....
At their current pace, Giroux will make 97 pts and Eberle 79. Therefore, we could estimate that Giroux will be making about 5 more points from here to the season’s end.
Few thoughts to help in your decision….
How many starts will you lose if you lose Elliott ? Does it worth the 5 more points you will get from the winger swap ?
Make the deal. I beg you.

Make the deal.
Your goalies are good enough (especially with the hot Hiller) so the upgrade doesn’t cost you much.
