Our FHS Delta league has been pretty inactive this year with, I think, five owners who auto-drafted and then about the same who haven't been actively managing their lineup throughout the year.

I'm not sure there has been a trade all season and then this came across my desk for Commish approval:

12th place team sends Logan Couture, Martin St. Louis & Patrice Bergeron

to
1st place team for Andy McDonald, Wayne Simmonds & Victor Hedman

I've asked both parties to justify the deal, so we can try to determine what is up here. I am almost always against trade vetoes, assuming there is no collusion, but is there any way (in a non keeper league) that the 12th place guy thinks he's getting a good deal here? As a side note, the 12th place team hadn't made a FA add until yesterday when he made his first one.
