Our league has unique keeper rules. This September GMs in my league will be allowed extra keeper spots for players born in 1989 or after.

Looking for a list of 20 or so top young players in your opinion who qualify. The obvious big guns will already be on rosters. Hoping your list gives me a sleeper or two I can pick up and stash now before the summer magazines hit the stands and I will be out of luck. Player has to be under a contract. I can't add players who have not been drafted yet by an NHL team.
