I'm in a head to head weekly league. Currently I'm in 4th place and I'd like to gear up for the playoffs. I'd like to upgrade my D and add some scoring, and I just got an offer from the last place team that has me thinking. He offered me Duncan Keith and Logan Couture for my Parise and Carey Price. Scoring cats are G, A, PPG, PPA, SHP, SOG, and +/-, with Goalie cats of W, GAA, SV%, and SHO.

My initial reaction was that my best LW is too much to give up, but Couture has been getting great minutes lately and my D has not helped me much all season. His team is below, what should I counter-offer if you think Parise is too much to give up? Which goalie should I pick up on the wire? Goalies available on the wire are Backstrom, Pavelec, Gustavsson, Reimer, Giguere, Varlamov, Bobrovsky, Montoya, Biron, Schneider, Garon, and Bobrovsky. Thanks in advance for the much needed advice.
