Kris Letang is said to be suffering from concussion like symptoms. This is terrible news for a guy who's already missed 21 games to a concussion this season. With the season winding down, I'm not sure how much more we can expect from him.

James van Riemsdyk took a shot off his foot last night and, yeah, it's broken. He will miss 6-8 weeks which means he's done for the regular season. It's basically the cherry on top to a very disappointing season.

Ryan Callahan missed his first game of the season for the Rangers last night as he had to sit out with a bruised foot. He's listed as day to day.

Niklas Backstrom came up lame after a save attempt in the first period last night. It looked pretty bad as he had to be helped off the ice. Chuck Fletcher said the injury "is not short-term". If you're a Backstrom owner or in need of a goalie you should run and grab Josh Harding.

Michael Del Zotto re-aggravated his hip injury last night and was forced to leave the game in the third. He's still listed as day to day.

Even though he's been skating, Jonathan Toews won't be joining the Blackhawks for their 3-game road trip which begins tonight in Ottawa.

Coach Cunneyworth has revealed that Andrei Markov is soon to be cleared for contact. We may see him in a game as early as next week.

Craig Anderson has said that he doesn't know when he's going to be able to return to action. Thanks, Craig, that really helps.

Logan Couture (LBI) sat out his second consecutive game and is still day to day. I'd imagine he'll be back in the lineup next game, however.
