Tough question, - goalie advice

Hi Guys! I have a tough question, and need some advice. I play in a very deep 20 team H2H league on yahoo. Roster set is every monday morning (weekly league). Scoring stats - skaters: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPA, SHP, GWG, SOG, FOW. Goalies: W, GA, SV%, SHO , and we have a '3 games goalie minimum per week' criterium.

We need to start 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 6D, 2G.

My Team:

C: Krejci, Henrique, Helm, M. Perreault, Crosby (IR).

LW: Benn, S. Kostitsyn, Pacioretty, Tlusty

RW: Giroux (RW/C), TJ Oshie, K. Okposo, Z. Kassian

D: Edler, S. Weber, E. Johnson, Giordano, McDonagh, Faulk, Spurgeon

G: C. Ward, B. Boucher, J. Peters, R. Emery.

Today i get an offer from a rival GM. Give Ray Emery, get Johan Franzen.

We are two weeks away from the playoffs, first 6 team are going for the championship. I standing currently at the 5. position with 299 points, my rival is in the 7. position with 287 points. He is in big trouble with his goalies, he has Howard (dtd), Conklin (AHL), Matt Hackett (backup), Robin Lehner (he is the best from this group), Drew MacIntyre (AHL), and he traded today for Corey Crawford. I know Franzen is better than Okposo, so i can use him immediately, but here is my concern, what if, i traded to him Emery and then he will reach the goalie minimum in last week with Ray and pass me in the standings. Here is the standings:

So, the question, what do you think, make the trade or not?

(Sorry my english is not perfect, but i hope, you understand me. :))
