Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Thursday

Stay connected for news and updates

The kid line was missing its center piece last night, but RNH won't be out long. - Harry How

A fantasized look at some NHL injury news on a Thursday morning.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins got the night off with soreness in his shoulder. No reason to panic, though, as he should be back in the lineup on Saturday.

Miikka Kiprusoff doesn't think his injury is that big of a deal and makes it sound like he'll miss just two games at the most. Lets hope he's right.

Wayne Simmonds practiced yesterday for the first time since suffering a concussion. He sported the yellow jersey so his return isn't quite imminent.

Brad Marchand was on the road trip with the Bruins but didn't feel good enough to give it a go. Look for him to play on Saturday afternoon.

Returning from the injured list: David Jones
