A fantasized look at the injury new from Wednesday morning
T.J. Oshie left last night's game with a suspected shoulder injury and did not return. He'll be re-evaluated today, hopefully this is nothing major as he seemed to be over the injury bug that bothered him for his first three seasons in the league.
Kris Versteeg had to leave last night's game after taking a knock to the knee. He'll be re-evaluated today.
An infection in the sinus region kept Ryan Miller from playing last night. I've played street hockey, outside in the middle of winter, with way worse so don't be expecting any sympathy from around these parts.
Something is going around... Tuukka Rask skipped last night's game due to the flu.
Michael Grabner has a shoulder injury and is out for at least 7-10 days.
Jason Zucker was levelled by Corey Perry last night and likely has a concussion that will keep him out indefinitely.
A battered and bruised Zbynek Michalek missed last night's game with a LBI but it just sounds like a day-to-day thing.
Viktor Fasth was supposed to start last night for the Ducks but pulled up lame during the morning skate due to a UBI and had to duck out.
Returning to action from the injured list last night: Brent Burns, Brandon Dubinsky, Jordan Leopold, Devan Dubnyk, Ray Whitney & Tom Gilbert.
