Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Friday

USA TODAY Sports

A fantasized look at the injury news on Friday morning

The Predators must be getting a volume discount on surgeries as they've announced that Gabriel Bourque (knee), Paul Gaustad (shoulder) and Colin Wilson (shoulder) will all have surgery at the same time and are done for the season.

Bruins have announced that Brad Marchand has a mild concussion. Mild or not, he's out indefinitely.

Kari Lehtonen (groin) was out for part of practice yesterday and travelled with the team but is questionable for the next two games.

Tobias Enstrom missed last night's game and there isn't much new on him other than Jets coach Claude Noel having a laugh as he narrowing it down to a mid-body issue for reporters. Definitely looked like a sore back and those can be tricky. He's listed as day-to-day.

Some good news here as Josh Harding is feeling better on his MS meds lately and may head to the AHL on a conditioning stint to get in some game action.

Two guys who shouldn't impact your team too much, Drayson Bowman (UBI) and Nicklas Grossmann (concussion), are likely both done for the season.

Jiri Hudler (UBI) is hoping to return on Friday and Victor Hedman (LBI), Martin Erat (knee) and Danny Briere (concussion) should all return this weekend.

Returning to action from the injured list last night: Kris Letang & Damien Brunner.
