Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Tuesday

Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

A fantasized look at the injury news on Tuesday morning

Jaroslav Halak had to leave last night's game after folding at the end of the first period. It was either a groin or knee injury and we'll let you know when there is more information.

Dave Bolland made a kick save and in retrospect maybe that wasn't a great idea as he had to leave with a sore foot. He's probably just day-to-day.

Gabriel Bourque left last night's game after absorbing a hit from Dan Carcillo. He's out with a UBI.

Docs say that Sidney Crosby (broken jaw) should be able to return within a month, so potentially before the end of the regular season.

Milan Hejduk was placed on the IR with his latest shoulder injury, so he's out for a week, at least.

T.J. Oshie (foot) couldn't go last night and is still day-to-day.

Grant Clitsome took some friendly fire in the form of Burmistrov's stick to the chops last night and he's likely out for tonight's game as well.

Ales Hemsky has an undisclosed injury but is trying to play through it, he only saw 12 minutes of ice-time last night.

Returning to action from the injured list last night: Dainius Zubrus & Chad LaRose.
