Here we go, it's that time of year... The Oilers are shutting down Ryan Nugent-Hopkins as he will have shoulder surgery to get a lingering issue cleaned up. Apparently it's not related the injury that happened since he's been with the Oilers, it's due to an injury he suffered back in Jr. but he's been playing through the discomfort since. So hopefully we'll have a healthy RNH next season but at the same time all of these shoulder issues are a little concerning.
Curtis Glencross is done for the year due to a knee injury.
Dmitry Kulikov suffered an arm/shoulder injury yesterday and with Florida not having much to play for, except the #1 pick, why would he play again this season?
Tomas Kopecky sat out yesterday's game with an undisclosed injury... he's day-to-day.
No update on Zach Bogosian, who is likely dealing with a concussion following that hit from Okposo on Saturday.
