Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Sunday

Justin K. Aller

A fantasized look at the injury news on Sunday morning

Not half bad... James Neal marked his return after missing eight games due to a concussion with 3+1=4 & eight shots. Nice way to get your hands loosened up before the playoffs start.

No Jaromir Jagr yesterday as he was slain by the flu... hopefully he's feeling better today, some of us could really use him.

Martin Havlat sat out last night's game, he has a few minor injuries but likely would have played if it were a playoff game.

Tyler Bozak was out again due to his shoulder injury, he's day-to-day.

Jason Spezza (back) has been skating but nobody is expecting him back soon.

The Wild are in and Dany Heatley (shoulder) is putting out the word that he may be able to return at some point during the playoffs. This just three weeks after having shoulder surgery. Make note for your playoff pools if you have the Wild going deep.

T.J. Oshie looks the more likely to return for the playoffs as he recovers from an ankle injury. He has missed the entire month of April but I'd bet on him lacing them up in Game #1.

Returning to action from the injured list last night: Paul Martin, Kevin Bieksa, Ryan Malone, Erik Johnson, Artem Anisimov & Bobby Ryan.
