The New York Rangers not only have one of the top teams in the NHL this season, but they also have a very good prospect pool with several players knocking on the NHL door in the next few seasons - highlighted by Boston College star Chris Kreider.

It's been a bit longer than I would like since the last post but in this one I discuss the top 5 fantasy prospects of the New York Islanders. The Islanders have a fantastic group of fantasy prospects due to their poor performance and high draft picks each season.

Hey all! This is the first installment of my attempt to compile a top 5 fantasy prospect list for each team in the NHL - starting with the Atlantic Division.

As such, I am no expert nor am I pretending to be. If you think I left someone out, listed someone too high, or not high enough please leave a comment or shoot me an email. I'm always up for a friendly debate.
