Fantasy Hockey Scouts: Daily Dosage - June 13th, 2010

Dosage Express
No news is bad news... more Forsberg rumours... Hossa played hurt... give your fantasy hockey brain a day off

Daily Diarrhea

Forsberg There are rumours that Peter Forsberg is considering another return to the NHL... this is fitting on a day when there's really no news, wonder if some rumourmonger just decided that when there's nothing going on, what better rumour to float then a possible return for Foppa?... call us if hell freezes over and this comes true.  This is also a great opportunity for us to remind you that you don't what anything to do with this guy, not worth your time.

Injury Updates

Apparently Marian Hossa suffered a sprained MCL in the opening game of the finals but played through it in the series, so this could explain why he was slowed a little in the series with 1+3=4.  This doesn't explain though why he had a subpar playoffs with only three goals and 15 points in 22 games (and seven of those points came in the 1st round against Nasvhille).  For all the talk of how great a player this guy is, he's coming off 66, 71 & 51 points over his last three seasons... and he's proven to be a little on the fragile side.

Daily Distraction

What's distracting us today?

It doesn't take much to distract us today as hockey news is pretty much non-existent today... the weather is nice, the World Cup is in full swing, so give the part of your brain that thinks about fantasy hockey 24/7 a little break and enjoy your Sunday.   Oh, and enjoy this picture...
