For a consolidated list of injuries & current status, see our Injury Updates page.

Chris Pronger is going under the knife for foot surgery after taking a shot off his foot and breaking said foot on Wednesday... initial reports say that he could miss 4-6 weeks.

Paul Stastny is apparently ok after that scary looking collision with the boards... he says he's day-to-day with a sore back but could play tonight.

Erik Johnson's injury is just a sprained knee so he could be back in the next few days.

Patric Hornqvist missed Wednesday night's game due to a UBI and he's out for tonight's as well... he's day-to-day.

Apparently coming out of the HBO 24/7 was that Mike Green sat out a few games recently with a knee injury and not due to the flu that was given as the reason.  Similarly the Caps had said that Alexander Semin was out with the flu but are now saying that he's also suffering from a LBI... he's listed as day-to-day.

Patrick Kane re-aggravated his ankle injury in practice yesterday so he's doubtful to return tonight but shouldn't be much longer.

Christian Ehrhoff doesn't have a concussion but may have vertigo... ok then, but apparently that's better so he may be able to return soon.

Ilya Bryzgalov missed last night's game due to the flu.

Returning to action from the injured list last night:  Kari Lehtonen & Pascal Leclaire.
