For a consolidated list of injuries & current status, see our Injury Updates page.

Niklas Backstrom has a bit of a bum hip and this is sounding pretty serious as he's going to Colorado to have it evaluated... stay tuned for bad news.

Alexander Semin left last night's game with a LBI but it's not considered serious and he's listed as day-to-day.

Mike Fisher was hurt last night and had to leave the game... the injury and the extent are unknown at this time.

Nathan Horton missed last night's game with an undisclosed injury, he's day-to-day.

Kevin Shattenkirk picked up an ankle injury last night and was seen limping after that game... not sure on the extent.

Mike Cammalleri left last night's game due to an illness... so he should be able to recover from that, I assume.

Chris Osgood hurt his groin yesterday during the morning skate and there is speculation that this could be serious... he'll be evaluated on Monday.

Chris Pronger is recovering from his broken foot and is targeting Jan 18th for a return.

Marek Zidlicky's injury is thought to be a separated shoulder and he's out indefinitely... the team says there's a chance that if rehab is successful that he could be back in 4-6 weeks.

I'd be a little concerned about Sidney Crosby and his recovery from a concussion... the team has said that he should be out a week but really they have no idea, this could go on for a while.

Returning to action from the injured list last night:  Roman Hamrlik & Kyle Turris.
