Monday's Injury Updates - Brodeur, Green, Crosby...

For a consolidated list of injuries & current status, see our Injury Updates page.

Lots of high profile names in the news today...

Marty Brodeur left yesterday's game after the 1st period with a knee injury, he said it was just a tweak and nothing major but didn't he say the same thing about his elbow earlier in the year and then he went on to miss the better part of a month?

Mike Green took a puck in the head yesterday and left the game for repairs.  He said he was cut and had a headache but was fine and he's listed as day-to-day, so hopefully he won't be out long.

Reports say that Sidney Crosby is still at least a week away from ramping up his workouts and the team is not expecting him back until March... in other words, they have no idea.

The Bruins may officially announce today that Marc Savard will sit out the rest of the season.

James Wisniewski sat out his second straight game yesterday with the flu.

Pavel Datsyuk is expected to return tonight after missing the last 19 with a broken hand.

Returning to action from the injured list last night:  Michal Neuvirth.
