Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Thursday

The latest NHL injuries and how they affect your Fantasy Hockey roster... I wanted to rename this The Havlat Report, but the higher ups (you know who you are) thought it was tacky

Eleven games on the Schedule for Thursday Nov. 7, 2013

Montreal Canadiens @ Ottawa Senators

Craig Anderson skated Wednesday, however he'll still be wearing civvies tonight.

New Jersy Devils @ Philadelphia Flyers

Patrik Elias (back spasms will miss at least the nex 2 games, monitor for Tuesday vs Nashville.
Travis Zajac practiced Wednesday he'll be in this evening, gotta start earning that extension some time.

New York Islanders @ Carolina Hurricanes

Potentially high scoring game here
Lubomir Visnovsky (concussed), Brian Strait (UBI) and Matt Donovan (LBI) are out for the Isles.

Anton Khudobin 'Canes need this guy to get healthy he's skating now but i haven't seen any mention of him taking shots.
Alexander Semin did not practice Wednesday.. no word yet as to what might be ailing him I haven't anything further on it.
Jeff Skinner mystery, non concussion UBI is so mysterious it required a 2nd opinion, one we don't know any more about than the first. What we do know is he will miss his 6th straight.

New York Rangers @ Columbus Blue Jackets

R.J. Umberger is a game time decision with a neck sprain.

Panthers @ Bruins

It seems Tim Thomas isn't quite the drama queen I thought as he will NOT return from injury just in time to face the Big Bad Bruins.

Minnesota Wild @ Washington Capitals

nothing to report

Dallas Stars @ Detroit Red Wings

Johan Franzen is still under the weather, we assume, as he will miss both tonight, and Saturday's game.

Edmonton Oilers @ Tampa Bay Lightning

Taylor Hall is back in the lineup for the Oilers adjust your lineup accordingly
David Perron will miss his 4th consecutive with flu-neck, he's joined the team so may play in Philly or Chicago this weekend.
Justin Schultz has the dread groin/rib injury, that's a tough one to play through so he'll take a pressbox seat tonight.
I guess the Oilers will just have to use defenseman on the back end.
Just not Anton Belov he is also taking a seat tonight with an undisclosed injury, I wonder if Perron's flu-neck is contagious.

Calgary Flames @ St. Louis Blues

Magnus Paajarvi (upper-body injury) and Brenden Morrow (upper-body injury) both took part in yesterdays skate but neither will draw into tonights contest.

Curtis Glencross suffered a second degree MCL sprain in Minnesota Tuesday, he is not with team and is expected to miss at least 2 weeks.

Buffalo Sabres @ Los Angeles Kings

Jeff Carter (foot) will not be in the lineup, his foot is nagging him.

Vancouver Canucks @ San Jose Sharks

David Booth sent to Utica on a conditioning assignment, with Torts in Vancouver that could be a long assignment.

Tommy Wingels has been moved to Joe Thorntons wing with Tomas Hertel, this is now unofficially a 2 kids and an old goat line.
Martin Havlat is projected to be in the Sharks lineup tonight, thought you'd want to know.
Brent Burns is not, he left the ice early yesterday still sporting a non contact jersey, i think we can safely assume that his beard is no longer injured.

The rest of the NHL

Radim Vrbata the Coyote's leading scorer left Wednesday's game around the 10-minute mark of the second period with a lower-body injury. Status unknown.

Who did I miss, what's the latest...
