Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Tuesday

A quick look at NHL injury news on Tuesday morning

Gregory Shamus

Pavel Datsyuk is back tonight after missing seven games with a concussion.

Marc Staal does indeed have a concussion, although apparently it is not as serious as the one that previously kept him out long-term.

Also dealing with a concussion is Brooks Orpik. No timetable for his return.

Derek Morris has been away for "personal reasons" and won't dress tonight.

Zbynek Michalek practiced yesterday and may be back tonight.

Ryane Clowe sounded like he was getting close, but he's not travelling with the Devils for today's came against Columbus.

T.J. Galiardi practiced yesterday and should be back soon. Same with Curtis Glencross.

Rene Bourque missed practice on Monday and is questionable tonight.

Johnny Boychuk skated yesterday and could be back sooner than expected.

Zdeno Chara has a gigantic flu (he doesn't do anything small) and may or may not play tonight.

Kimmo Timonen played last night despite leaving Saturday's game with an UBI.

Shane Doan is still sick and may be held out again tonight.

Still no Evander Kane or Zach Bogosian for the Jets. Both will miss tonight's game.

Darren Helm is still 7-10 days away from returning.

Vernon Fiddler will miss at least a week with a fiddling injury.
