NHL starting goalies for Thursday: Martin Biron to face Evgeni Nabokov

There are six games scheduled for Thursday in the NHL, which will include the Rangers against the Islanders, the Predators and Coyotes, and Capitals against the Lightning.

There are six games on tap in the NHL on Thursday night, which will be headlined by the Atlantic Division showdown between the New York Islanders and New York Rangers.

Thursday's schedule will be heavy in Eastern Conference match-ups as only two games feature Western Conference opponents. The Minnesota Wild will be hosting the Colorado Avalanche, while the Phoenix Coyotes will be facing the Nashville Predators.

The NHL Network game of the night will feature a Southeast Division meeting between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Washington Capitals.
