Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Tuesday

A fantasized look at some NHL injury news on a Tuesday morning.

Grant Halverson

The word on Erik Karlsson is that he's targeting Thursday to return to the lineup for the Senators. Check your free agent pools and grab him if he's there.

Can this guy ever stay on the ice? Kris Letang is still feeling the effects of an illness he's dealing with and missed last night's Penguins game. He's day-to-day.

Bobby Ryan was feeling sick yesterday so he didn't lace them up for the game. He should be fine to play in the next Ducks game, I'd imagine.

Magnus Paajarvi is dealing with a foot injury that kept him out of last night's loss. He's listed as day-to-day.

Paul Martin's surgically repaired wrist is progressing ahead of schedule and he may actually make it into a game before the end of the regular season.

Marc-Andre Fleury missed last night's game to be with his wife who was giving birth.

Nathan Horton (UBI) will not be in the lineup for the Bruins tonight when they take on the Flyers.

To no one's surprise, Ales Hemsky (foot) is officially out for the season.

Returning from injury: Ray Emery (dressed as backup)
