Dougie Hamilton - The young defenseman is currently unavailable for today's game with an eye infection. He might not be owned in most standard leagues, but for keeper league owner's this is something to note. Replace him if you have an available player.
Mike Cammalleri - The scoring veteran has been sidelined with a concussion and is doubtful for today's game. Most Cammalleri owners, especially in keeper leagues, should be used to him missing time. Do what you normally would in this circumstance.
Paul Stastny - The Olympic-bound centerman is currently sidelined with a leg injury and is questionable for the Colorado Avalanche's game against the Nashville Predators. This is a solid knock, especially in the assists and PPP departments. Hopefully you have someone that can muster up some secondary scoring to makeup for your loss.
Daniel Alfredsson - The Swedish veteran is currently listed as questionable for today's game against the Los Angeles Kings. He has been a solid producer since joining the Detroit Red Wings and both the team and your fantasy squad will miss his production.
Nail Yakupov - The Russian prospect is currently listed as doubtful for Edmonton's game against the Winnipeg Jets. he has not been performing well enough for standard leagues, but is still a must own in keeper formats. The unproven prospect is still finding his way, so his absence from your roster might be a gift in disguise.
Alexander Steen - The biggest surprise in the NHL this season has been activated off IR for today's game against the Anaheim Ducks. GET HIM IN YOUR LINEUP RIGHT NOW.
Roberto Luongo - Adding to the long list of injured players, Lou is suffering from an upper body injury and is doubtful for Saturday's game against Calgary. Eddie Lack should continue to get starts while Louongo misses games, pick him up if you can.
Henrik Sedin - One of the best playmakers in the NHL will likely miss today's game with bruised ribs. Even if he plays, he should see limited time against Calgary. If you are benching a player for half of the Sedin twins, it might be a good idea to switch them up.
Mike Santorelli - Probably the best young player on Vancouver this year, Santorelli is suffering from a sprained right shoulder. He is expected to miss today's game but continue to monitor his progress. This could be an injury that keeps him sidelined for an extended period of time.
Enjoy the Saturday games folks!
