Fantasy Hockey Injury News for Friday

A fantasized look at some NHL injury news on a Friday morning.

In his fourth game since returning to the lineup after missing almost a month, Alexander Steen was forced to leave the game last night after going down in the corner (not before scoring a goal, however). They're saying lower body injury and already putting it out there that he's doubtful for tomorrow night. Keep your fingers crossed here.

Duncan Keith wasn't feeling well enough to play yesterday so he sat out. His illness shouldn't keep him out any other games, especially since the Blackhawks lost without him.

Alex Tanguay (knee) will be a game time decision tonight but I'd wager that he gives it a go.

Colton Orr went head hunting on Cody Eakin last night and the result was a "UBI" for Eakin. Everyone is thinking concussion here but let's wait for him to be reevaluated.

Zach Parise returned to the lineup yesterday after missing 14 games to a broken foot. He played almost 20 minutes and registered three hits so I'd say he's fine.
